The structure is designed to IS 875 (wind) and IS 1893 (seismic) for your specific location and climate zone. Roof and wall assemblies are factory weather-sealed and water-tested before dispatch.
Do I need building permission?
Requirements vary by state and plot type — many rural/farm plots need minimal approvals. We supply all structural drawings and certificates your local authority may ask for. Please confirm rules with your local municipal authority or architect.
Can I customise the layout or finishes?
