Wedge 24 hour insulated shipping kit
A box on its own is not a cold chain. The kit is the box, the right PCM at the right phase-change temperature, the liner, and the packout instruction — specified together against a 24 hour lane so the payload actually arrives in band.

Why kits fail
Almost always because the PCM was not conditioned correctly, or the wrong phase-change temperature was used. Both are addressed in the packout instruction supplied with every Wedge kit.
