EV thermal pad pricing
Pads are priced per piece by thickness and die-cut geometry, or per m² as sheet. Send the pack drawing or cell format for a quotation with free sampling; production volumes for NCR OEMs are scheduled from Faridabad with rate contracts on request.

Installation and specification notes
Pads are die-cut to the pack drawing and placed between cells or over modules during assembly; pack-lid liners are supplied with adhesive backing where specified. Wedge supplies samples for OEM qualification testing and a TDS and MTC with each lot.

What does an aerogel fire barrier do in a battery pack?
It slows heat transfer from a cell in thermal runaway to its neighbours and blocks flame at the pack lid, giving the pack time to meet the AIS-156 Amendment 3 propagation requirement.
