Our 500 SQF A-Frame ‘Diamond’ cottage combines the iconic steep-roof silhouette that guests love to photograph with serious engineering: an LGSF cold-formed steel skeleton (not timber that warps and burns), fire-resistant MgO board envelope, 75 mm rockwool insulation and a weather-sealed roof designed for hill-station rain and coastal wind loads to IS 875.
Inside: a ground-floor bedroom and living space, a loft sleeping area under the peak, kitchenette, full bathroom and a front deck. The steep roof sheds monsoon rain and hill snow naturally, and the insulated envelope keeps the cottage comfortable from Himachal winters to Konkan summers.

Can I customise the layout or finishes?
Yes — the catalog price applies to the standard configuration described on this page. Any change of layout, size or finish goes through our ₹2,500 design consultation (fee credited to your order), after which you receive a written custom estimate.
