Which mica grade should I use for machined parts?
Use muscovite M550 for switchgear, busbar and arc-barrier parts where mechanical and electrical strength matter most; phlogopite P800 for induction furnace, EAF / LF and smelting parts up to 800 °C; and synthetic S1100 for the most severe heat and arc duty up to 1100 °C.
What drawing formats do you accept?

Can you supply a sample before bulk production?

Machined parts are packed in cartons, counted and labelled with grade, drawing number and batch. Export orders are packed in wooden cases or on pallets.
